Why cobacterial infection in candida vaginitis is uncommon?

An interesting observation is that cobacterial infection in candida vaginitis is rare, while coinfection between other types of vaginitis is common. The author hereby tried to explain this fact by the theory of internal alcoholic production as a cause.
